Environment: I aim to train outside when conditions allow, as dogs benefit from the extra space and natural surroundings but we will have access to an indoor heated hall. Please dress appropriately for inside & outside training. Course is suitable for puppies under 20 weeks of age at the start of the course. They must be fit, well, and be one week post first vaccination (at owners discretion). I am happy to answer any questions about vaccine policy. All family members are welcome. Training exercises covered: Attention to name, sit, down, stand, recall, stay, safe toy play, leave, loose lead walking, settle, prevention of jumping up, help with play biting, sleepless nights & house training. You will learn basic canine communication signals and safe socialisation techniques. Important life skill advice, healthcare & positive handling. The training is kind, fair, and effective using the clicker. You will receive weekly homework, fact sheets, and full email / what’s app group support throughout the course.
